Delivery & Returns

At Bossy Lifestyle, we know you can’t wait to get your new bag — and we’re just as excited to get it to you! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns, including important details for pre-order items.

Delivery Information

Order Processing

  • In-stock items: Orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days). Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Pre-order items: These are made to order and take longer to produce. Estimated wait times are listed on the product page (usually 3–8 weeks). You’ll receive a dispatch notification once your item is ready to ship.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days within Australia

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 AUD

Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock availability. In-stock items may arrive first, while pre-orders will dispatch once ready.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days for in-stock items or your estimated pre-order timeframe, please contact us at hello@bossylifestyle.com.au, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Pre-Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Bossy Lifestyle bag! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Eligibility

  • Free returns within 30 days of delivery for both in-stock and pre-order items.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and ‘as new’ condition, including tags, dust bags, and accessories.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible unless faulty.

  • Pre-order items follow the same 30-day return policy after delivery.

Bundles

  • If returning part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. Refunds will be recalculated based on the individual item pricing at the time of return.
     Example: Purchased a Bossy Twin Pack for $198, returned one bag, current sale price = $119 → Refund = $198 – $119 = $79 AUD

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@bossylifestyle.com.au with your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange.

  2. Include a photo of the item(s) so we can assess condition.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and issue a refund to your original payment method once approved.
