When you purchase from Bossy Lifestyle, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use our website in any way that may cause damage or impair availability or accessibility.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.

  • Use our site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our site at any time if these Terms are violated.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Minor variations in colour or detail may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bossy Lifestyle.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock items:

  • Orders are typically processed within 72 hours (3 business days).

  • Delivery timeframes depend on your location and shipping option:

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 AUD.

Pre-order items:

  • Pre-orders are made to order and take longer to produce (usually 3–8 weeks).

  • Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page.

  • Pre-orders may ship separately from in-stock items. In-stock items may arrive first.

  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occur due to couriers, public holidays, or high-demand periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@bossylifestyle.com.au.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Bossy Lifestyle bag!

Eligibility:

  • Free returns within 30 days of delivery for both in-stock and pre-order items.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition, including tags, dust bags, and accessories.

  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible unless faulty.

  • Pre-order items follow the same 30-day return policy after delivery.

Bundles:

  • Returning part of a bundle means the remaining items revert to their current sale price. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
     Example: Purchased a Bossy Twin Pack for $198, returned one bag, current sale price = $119 → Refund = $198 – $119 = $79 AUD

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email hello@bossylifestyle.com.au with your order number and a brief description of your return or exchange.

  2. Include a photo of the item(s) for condition assessment.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or bundle offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant page or at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
