Order Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, sales events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work hard to ship your order as fast as possible.

Pre-Orders (IMPORTANT)
Some items may be available for pre-order, which allows you to secure your item before it arrives in stock.
When purchasing a pre-order item:

Your order will ship once the product arrives at our warehouse.

Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Pre-orders often have longer wait times due to production and freight schedules.

If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock levels and warehouse locations.
Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Missing, Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears to be delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Incorrect Shipping Details

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect details provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
